American Airlines Cargo Launches Latest Leasing Program for CSafe Global RKN

American Airlines Cargo has announced a new leasing program for the CSafe Global RKN, an active Unit Load Device (ULD).

These units are able to maintain an accurate temperature of four to 25 degrees Celsius, during long flights and hold times. The leasing option for this temperature-controlled container provides American Airlines Cargo with the capability to provide a simplified and improved service to customers’ shipping time and temperature-sensitive cargo.

Mr. Tom Grubb, American Airlines Cargo’s Manager of cold chain strategy said, “American is very excited to introduce CSafe units that give provide our customers with the choice to lease these directly from American, simplifying the shipping experience.”

“We are enthusiastic to have finalized this agreement with American Airlines Cargo. American has been transporting CSafe containers for about a year. This new agreement will provide our customers’ leasing options through a partner that is well recognized in the transport of temperature-controlled cargo by air,” said Mr. Mark Mohr, the CSafe Director of Customer Support and Partner Management. He spoke on behalf of the entire CSafe Global team.

This type of technology is in high demand by clients requiring precise temperature management for delicate shipments, such as pharmaceuticals, as it helps preserve the effectiveness of life-saving products for patients worldwide.
