Air France KLM Martinair Cargo Adopts AFLS Software System
Air France KLM Martinair Cargo has teamed up with Accenture to launch Accenture Air Cargo Reservations software, which is part of the Accenture Freight & Logistics Software (AFLS) suite. AFLS supports the enhancement of freight capacity over the entire network, offering customers comprehensive solutions and booking efficiency.
Air France KLM Martinair Cargo is using AFLS software to create a single view of booking options for Air France KLM Martinair Cargo and its partner networks. Also, ALFS is used for flight profiling activities along with allocation management, entry conditions, and restrictions. This improvement in booking efficiency and revenue management aims to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
Mr. Wijnand de Groot, Vice President Customer Service, Air France KLM Martinair said, “This latest Accenture software will improve our capability to deliver quick and complete solutions to our customers. After extensive preparations and tests, we are pleased to announce that we can book all options in our single system joint network.”
The AFLS solution programs capacity checks, decreases the need for manual intervention, and offers a better grasp of space availability, therefore simplifying the air cargo reservation process, making it much more efficient.
Mr. Ganesh Vaideeswaran, Managing Director, Accenture Freight and Logistics Software, said, “Accenture’s software helps Air France KLM Martinair Cargo improve upon the process of quotations and bookings. This seamless system offers an overall, comprehensive view of the network and booking options, thereby boosting efficiency and revenue management execution for the benefit of customer satisfaction and profitability.”
