The airplanes are the first to be delivered as a part of a memorandum of understanding between Boeing and Volga-Dnepr Group at the Paris Air Show in June 2015. The deal will see more 747-8 freighters to assist ABC in providing excellent cargo carrying service.

Mr. Denis Illin, Executive President, AirBridgeCargo Airlines.

Mr. Denis Illin, Executive President for AirBridgeCargo Airlines said, “For the Volga-Dnepr Group, the addition of new generation 747-8 freighters will assist with the development of the Group’s planes, ABC, and maintain the airline’s high growth rates. This marks our successful partnership with Boeing, which will allow the airline to continue to provide its customers with excellent cargo services.”

Mr. Marty Bentrott, Vice President, Middle East, Russia and Central Asia Sales, Boeing Commercial Airplanes said, “We appreciate ABC’s trust in our products and look forward to our partnership in the future.
