BFS Receives Service Excellence Award

Worldwide Flight Services Bangkok Air Ground Handling Co.,Ltd. (BFS Ground) was selected as one of the winners of the “Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015”. Ms. Pimonrat Rattanasingha, Passenger Service Supervisor of BFS also received the “Bronze Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015” as individual category.

The awards aimed to honor both the front line staff and the companies that have demonstrated exceptional customer service and outstanding performances during the period of 1 January – 31 December 2015. BFS received the Corporate Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence 2015 and was specifically recognized for their “contribution to the improvement of passenger service” with the launch of their Customer 1st 2015 campaign and the launch of the new passenger service uniform. Additionally, their considerable investment in new and additional ramp equipment as well as the development of a Real Time performance was recognized under the criteria of “quality development and improvement”.
