Jet Airways Order 75 Boeing 737 MAX Airplanes
Indian airline company Jet Airways has recently announced a new order for 75 Boeing 737 MAX Airplanes, the order for the new and improved 737 is an integral part of the airlines continued growth strategy.
Jet Airways Chief Executive Officer, Vinay Dube said, “Our new order for the additional 75 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft will allow us to deliver a differentiated and world class customer experience to our guests,”
“This additional order reemphasizes our trust and confidence in Boeing and also reaffirms our commitment to operate extremely modern, reliable and fuel-efficient aircraft as part of our fleet. Jet Airways’ partnership with Boeing goes back 25 years ever since the airline was conceived and took to the skies. This order underscores Jet Airways’ commitment to the growth and sustainability of the Indian aviation market.”
The airline first announced the order in 2015 as a part of their strategy to modernize their fleet with the best aircraft on the market, the order will support further expansion by the company. Jet will receive their first Boeing 737 MAX later this year.

The 737 Max series of aircraft that can provide 130 to 230 seats with an operating range of 3,850 nautical miles (7,130 kilometers).
The Jets are installed with CFM International LEAP-1B engines along with Advanced Technology winglets and, large flight deck displays.
The Boeing 737 MAX has become the fastest-selling airplane in the history of the Boeing Company with over 4,400 orders from 96 customers around the globe.
