AirBridgeCargo Receive Honors from Two Chinese Airports

One of the world’s leading international cargo carriers, Russian-based AirBridgeCargo Airlines (ABC) recently announced they had been honored for their contribution to growth and development of the cargo sector, by Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport and Chongqing Airport.

The air cargo carrier first started operating in the Asian region in 2004, since then they have continued to achieve impressive results throughout the region over the last 15 years. In 2010 ABC added Zhengzhou Airport to the network, followed in 2016 with the addition Chongqing Airport. These new additions helped leverage the import and export flows across the region resulting in highly-efficient trading connections benefiting their customers.

Director for Scheduled Cargo Operations, APAC at AirBridgeCargo, Constance Wu stated, “We are greatly honored to see our efforts being acknowledged at this high level and would like to thank the airport authorities for their cooperation, support, and partnership. In 2018, we achieved an upsurge in our volumes to/from Zhengzhou and Chongqing of 8% and 15% respectively. Start with just weekly flights, ABC has gradually increased frequencies to seven in CGO and four in CKG, thus guaranteeing service quality and offering customers a variety of specialty products and services, be it for temperature-sensitive, oversized and heavy, dangerous goods or other cargoes.”

ABC will continue to enhance their services throughout 2019 and beyond to further support their international network of airport partners.
