His Majesty the King’s second-eldest son, Mr. Vacharaesorn Vivacharawongse, known to the Thai public as ‘Than Aon’, recently visited Profreight Group’s Bangkok headquarters. He was joined by Ms. Sirida Nagadatta, Managing Partner of VVV Group, and Mr. Watcharapong Saengtawan, Executive Director of Narac Arms Industry.

The delegation was welcomed by Profreight executives, led by Mr. Suwit Ratanachinda, Managing Director, and Mr. Rasami Asavasangsidhi, Director. The visit included a tour of the company’s facilities and a discussion on the role of the logistics and supply chain industry in Thailand’s economy.

Established in 1988, Profreight has evolved from a small freight forwarder into one of Thailand’s leading integrated logistics providers. Their comprehensive services now include international freight forwarding, customs clearance, multimodal transport solutions, and warehousing. The company has developed strategic partnerships with ocean carriers, airlines, and global corporations to deliver efficient logistics and distribution services.

“Profreight stands as a prime example of a Thai company that has achieved remarkable success while establishing an extensive international network. Visiting and learning from a company with such rich industry experience offers valuable insights into the logistics sector’s crucial role in Thailand’s economy,” said Mr. Vacharaesorn.

During the visit, Mr. Vacharaesorn met with representatives and employees of Sky Pacific Air Services, a Profreight Group subsidiary specializing in General Sales and Service Agency (GSSA) for passenger and cargo transportation. He also held discussions with Mr. Tenzin Chophel, Accounts Manager at Bhutan Airlines, and Mr. Teruo Tsunashima, Director of Naigai Nitto Logistics Thailand. Additionally, he joined Profreight executives and business partners in an insightful meeting session where they exchanged experiences and perspectives on the industry.

Profreight continues to expand its operations by developing a comprehensive, efficient service network and optimizing supply chain management. The company adapts to evolving global trade trends to stay competitive in the international market. As Thailand progresses toward becoming a logistics hub in Southeast Asia, Profreight remains focused on developing efficient service networks and supply chain management while adapting to evolving global trade trends.

Mr. Suwit commented on the significance of the visit, saying, “We are deeply honored to welcome Mr. Vacharaesorn to Profreight’s headquarters and to share perspectives on current trends and developments in the logistics industry. We firmly believe that such knowledge exchange will enhance public understanding of logistics’ vital contribution to the national economy.”
