Expert handling, high priority for loading, dedicated temperature-controlled storage, trained dedicated operations teams, and 24/7 customer services are available throughout the entire TK Pharma Network, all provided by Turkish Cargo.
TK Pharma Extra offers enhanced temperature-controlled solutions for pharmaceuticals and medical products with higher temperature sensitivity and time constraints, shipped using passive packaging methods and requiring extra protection during apron transportation. Such consignments are carried by temperature-controlled dollies and monitored from departure to destination by the 24/7 Pharma Control Tower. TK Pharma Extra is only available at “TK Pharma High-Quality Stations” approved by the TK Cargo Pharma quality team.
TK Pharma Advanced offers active and hybrid temperature-controlled solutions with near-zero risk against temperature deviation for consignments shipped in active temperature-controlled or hybrid/advanced passive containers. Cargo covered by this product is carried at a fixed temperature between -70°C / +30°C, depending on customer requests. The expert team dedicated to TK Pharma Advanced manages transportation processes and provides customers with consultancy services for container leasing.
Turkish Cargo offers dedicated storage facilities at four different temperature ranges at SMARTIST TCC (Temperature Controlled Centre) at Istanbul Airport, maintaining pharmaceuticals and medical products at optimal conditions. SMARTIST TCC is fully dedicated to TK Pharma, holding an IATA CEIV Pharma certificate and offering service at GDP standards. Turkish Cargo transports all pharmaceutical and medical consignments diligently, complying with industry requirements.
