Mr. Ali Turk, Chief Cargo Officer of Turkish Airlines, emphasized the company’s dedication to sustainability, stating, “Acting with the awareness of sustainability and the environment is among our priorities. The SMARTIST facility utilizes state-of-the-art technology, such as the computer-controlled Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) and the ULD Storage System. These systems automate cargo storage and transfer, leading to more efficient operational processes and cost savings.
