The addition reinforces the air carrier’s TechLift product offering, which focuses on safe and efficient air logistics for high-value tech cargo.
Purpose-Built Protection for Semiconductor Equipment
The VRR containers are engineered to secure semiconductor fabrication machinery and related manufacturing components during maindeck transit:
- Container Variants: Includes the 16-foot RZY container and the 20-foot RGX unit.
- Maindeck Certification: Fully certified for carriage across the main decks of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Boeing 777 freighter fleet.
- Technical Capabilities: Equipped with advanced climate-control systems and shock-absorption technology to protect delicate electronic and optical components from ambient variations, vibration, and mechanical impact.
