With the pharma hub based at Brussels Airport a lot of experience and know-how has been built up
over the years. Thanks to this strongly embedded operation and a good collaboration with the team of

the overall wellbeing of all Belgian citizens.

The differentiation in our process is that we support our customers with a strong local network at the origin, whereby we go the extra mile. Amongst the normal scope of activities, this also means that we act as a coordinator between the different production sites and customers in Belgium to ensure smooth processing, verification of material, and support in obtaining the correct documentation, export licenses, and much more.

Through a combined network of own flights, charters, or part charters and our strong relationship with commercial airlines, we designed a reliable solution at fair market prices to support our customers and governmental authorities. In collaboration with the handling agents at different airports such as Brussels, Liege, and Luxembourg, we process material as efficiently and fast as possible and offer supplementary services to our customers.

As per Christophe Eulaerts, Sales Director of DSV BELUX, going the extra mile to offer a real end-to-end solution is the absolute key, the right people on the right key location offers an added value which makes the difference. When the COVID-19 crisis started, we noticed that a lot of our customers had issues getting orders confirmed and released by the Chinese authorities in order to connect on the booked flights, which often resulted in extra costs as deadlines were not kept. By offering our support on the coordination, we managed to align supply chains to actual flight schedules and have the most efficient result.

Our sales team is becoming an expert in every mouth mask producing country and we always stick to
our blueprint as it’s a proven concept for success. Off to the next milestone of 200.000.000.
