LOGISTEED, Ltd. has announced a significant development in its logistics operations as LOGISTEED China, Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, successfully acquired the CEIV Pharma certification on October 2, 2024. This prestigious quality certification program, designed for the international transport of pharmaceuticals, is promoted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and was officially recognized at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

This acquisition is part of LOGISTEED’s medium-term management plan, “LOGISTEED2024,” which focuses on the evolution of smart logistics. The company aims to enhance its warehouse functions and adapt to the increasing demands and changes within the pharmaceutical sector. The CEIV Pharma certification will bolster LOGISTEED’s commitment to establishing compliant bases that meet Good Distribution Practices (GDP) critical for pharmaceutical logistics.

Moreover, LOGISTEED’s global strategy includes collaboration with its group companies, such as Cyber Freight International Holdings B.V. in the Netherlands, which brings extensive expertise in pharmaceutical logistics. This partnership aims to expand the company’s reach in the pharmaceutical market through enhanced network collaboration.

With the addition of CEIV Pharma certification at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, LOGISTEED now has certified operations at multiple major airports, including Narita International Airport, Kansai International Airport, and Hong Kong International Airport. The company is poised to reinforce its capabilities in providing safe and secure international transportation for pharmaceuticals, ultimately contributing to the creation of a higher-quality supply chain.
