NX Group $400 Million Sales Target India

The NX Group has announced a new strategic target to increase its Indian operations sales to 60 billion yen (approximately $400 million) by 2028, effectively tripling its 2023 sales level. This ambitious goal was unveiled during the company’s participation at SEMICON India 2025, one of South Asia’s largest electronics trade shows, held in New Delhi from September 2 to September 4, 2025.

Bolstering Semiconductor Logistics Infrastructure

NX Group has positioned the Indian market as a key focus in its long-term vision to become a major global logistics company. To support its aggressive growth target and the rapidly expanding semiconductor industry, which India aims to establish as a global design and manufacturing hub, the Group is making significant infrastructure investments.

During a roundtable discussion at the exhibition, the NX Group announced plans to construct new logistics warehouses dedicated to semiconductors in the states of Gujarat and Assam by 2027. Leveraging its deep sector knowledge gained from operations in Japan, Taiwan, the US, and Europe, the Group will develop “Local x Global” hybrid solutions tailored to India’s specific needs.

These specialized logistics functions will focus on the advanced quality control required by the semiconductor sector, including:

  • Vibration countermeasures using air suspension vehicles.
  • Precise temperature and humidity control.
  • Bonded warehousing facilities.
  • Reliable last-mile delivery services.

Extensive Network and Future Strategies

The NX Group currently operates an extensive network in India, consisting of 103 sales offices and 60 warehouses (totaling approximately 4,499,000 square feet) across 39 cities. This network already provides a comprehensive suite of end-to-end logistics services, including inventory management, inspection, assembly, export packaging, and customs brokerage.

In alignment with Indian government recommendations, the NX Group is also considering a modal shift to rail and sea transport to further bolster its logistics infrastructure for high-growth industries.

During SEMICON India 2025, the company’s booth introduced visitors to its latest logistics solutions and services for the Indian semiconductor industry, with representatives engaging in lively business talks with 247 visitors. The NX Group’s strategies and local initiatives were also recently highlighted on the global business news channel CNBC, featuring key personnel who discussed the company’s policies supporting the development of the Indian semiconductor industry.
