Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), part of the SATS Group, has announced a strategic partnership with JetPak to enhance its First and Last Mile delivery capabilities for cargo and e-commerce shipments across Denmark.

Nationwide Road Transport Network

Through this collaboration, WFS will integrate JetPak’s extensive Nordic road transport network into its E-Commerce & Freight Forwarder Handling (EFFH) services. JetPak, which has over four decades of experience in air and ground logistics, operates more than 170 offices across the region and specialises in time-critical, same-day deliveries.

The new partnership allows WFS to offer streamlined pick-up and delivery solutions for freight forwarders, e-commerce platforms and airline clients throughout Denmark.

“This collaboration brings together two industry specialists,” said Inge Briand de Crevecoeur, Managing Director, WFS Denmark. “Customers now benefit from WFS’ air cargo handling and security screening alongside JetPak’s fast and reliable road transport. Together, we are creating a stronger growth platform for Danish cargo operations.”

Investment in EFFH Capacity at Copenhagen Airport

As part of the agreement, JetPak has signed a six-year lease for dedicated warehouse capacity within WFS’ new EFFH facility at Copenhagen Airport, which opened in July. This facility forms part of WFS’ 21,500m² footprint at the airport, which includes temperature-controlled pharma infrastructure and value-added handling services.

WFS’ EFFH solution is designed to make cargo ‘Ready-for-Carriage’, covering weighing, dimension checks, security screening, consolidation and transportation. The service also includes deconsolidation, sorting, labelling, crating, and customs preparation, supporting both inbound and outbound shipments for freight forwarders and e-commerce providers.

By expanding its logistics portfolio with JetPak, WFS is reinforcing its position as a key enabler of Denmark’s fast-growing e-commerce and international cargo sectors.
