LOGISTEED, Ltd. is pleased to announce that LOGISTEED (Thailand), Ltd., one of its group companies, has acquired CEIV Pharma certification, a quality certification program for pharmaceutical international transport promoted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. This marks the first CEIV Pharma certification for a Japanese logistics company in Thailand.
Our group is advancing the acquisition of CEIV Pharma certifications and the establishment of GDP-compliant bases in pharmaceutical logistics to respond to expanding demand and environmental changes. In Thailand, we are set to open a multi-temperature logistics centre in December 2024, which will handle ambient, refrigerated, and frozen temperatures, strengthening the handling of food and high-performance materials. With this certification, we will also work to further improve the quality of pharmaceutical transport.
By obtaining certification at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, our fifth location, we have strengthened the safe and secure international transport of pharmaceuticals through our group’s network. We will continue to promote collaboration within the LOGISTEED group both domestically and internationally to build a high-quality pharmaceutical supply chain.
