All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Air Incheon have initiated a codeshare agreement on freighter services operating between Japan and South Korea, with the partnership becoming effective on September 15, 2025.
Under the agreement, the airlines will sell cargo space on flights operated by both carriers. By leveraging the combined strengths of their networks, ANA and Air Incheon will enhance connectivity and meet the growing demand for cargo transportation.
This collaboration follows recent significant corporate developments for both partners. On August 1, 2025, Air Incheon completed the integration of Asiana Airlines’ freighter business, a move that positioned the company as South Korea’s second-largest cargo airline operator. Air Incheon also announced plans to rebrand as AIRZETA, pending government approval. Simultaneously, ANA Holdings Inc. acquired shares of Nippon Cargo Airlines Co., Ltd. (NCA) on the same date, strengthening ANA’s support for global logistics by integrating NCA’s large-freighter capabilities with the broader ANA Group’s international network.
ANA and Air Incheon remain committed to delivering competitive, high-quality services. By strengthening their cargo operations through this business partnership, the two companies are dedicated to creating greater value to meet the growing cargo demand between Japan and South Korea.
