Dachser is expanding its specialized wine and spirits logistics services across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The move leverages the company’s extensive expertise and its integrated European and global network to provide an end-to-end supply chain solution for businesses shipping between Europe and APAC.
The expansion comes as the APAC wine and spirits market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5-6% through 2030. The company’s capabilities were showcased at ProWine Hong Kong 2025, which was held in May.
An Integrated Solution from Europe to Asia
Dachser’s offering combines its European Road Logistics network with its Air & Sea freight services, providing a comprehensive logistics solution. The services include multimodal transport options (air, sea FCL/LCL, and European road freight), along with consolidation, customs clearance, and temperature-controlled handling. All services are supported by Dachser’s proprietary digital systems, which provide real-time tracking and visibility.
According to Roman Mueller, Managing Director for Air & Sea Logistics Asia Pacific, the region presents significant opportunities for Dachser to apply its established expertise. The company’s integrated approach allows it to consolidate shipments from multiple European suppliers for a single consignee.
Dachser has been operating in the APAC region for more than 45 years and has a presence in over 40 locations. Its recent expansions include new offices in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and other locations, solidifying its regional footprint.
