In today’s logistics landscape, competitiveness is no longer defined by a single service. Instead, success depends on the ability to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions. Companies that continuously expand their scope and improve operational efficiency are the ones best positioned to win customer trust.

Recognizing this, Sino Logistics Corporation (SINO) has taken a decisive step forward. By joining forces with A.S. Logistics, the company is enhancing its air freight capabilities under SNC Cargo Services, ensuring customers benefit from a comprehensive and reliable service portfolio.

In this issue of LM magazine, we spoke with Mr. Nanmanus Witthayasakpant, CEO of Sino Logistics Corporation, and Mr. Sittikorn Thapthiang, Managing Director of A.S. Logistics, about their vision for this partnership and their plans for future growth.

A Partnership Built for the Next Generation of Logistics

A.S. Logistics brings 26 years of expertise in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on air freight, offering seamless solutions for both general and complex cargo. SINO, meanwhile, has built its reputation as an integrated logistics provider with particular strength in sea freight. Together, the two companies form a complementary partnership that enhances efficiency, expertise, and service scope.

“We intended to expand and increase SINO’s air freight potential. By joining forces with A.S. Logistics, we will have direct stock with airlines, which gives us a higher competitive edge as we don’t have to use a co-loader. This results in reduced costs and greater benefits for customers,” said Mr. Nanmanus.

A.S. Logistics’ long-standing reputation and partnerships are another advantage.

“We are members of air freight industry associations and organizations, which ensures we meet international standards. Our long-term relationships with airlines also help us manage costs efficiently, allowing us to offer competitive pricing and deliver added value to our customers,” explained Mr. Sittikorn.

SINO’s strong connections with major shipping lines further complement this expertise. Together, the companies are confident the partnership will broaden their customer base and accelerate their growth.

Empowering Customers Through Integrated Expertise

As part of the acquisition, Mr. Nanmanus appointed Mr. Sittikorn as an executive overseeing both SNC Cargo Services and A.S. Logistics. With 39 years of industry experience, he is well-positioned to strengthen SINO’s air freight strategy.

SNC aims to become a general sales agent (GSA) for airlines within two years, leveraging A.S. Logistics’ expertise in space management to optimize costs and deliver more competitive pricing to customers.

At the same time, SINO has invested in the VOYA project, an international transportation system, which will support deeper collaboration with A.S. Logistics and create new value-added solutions for clients.

Building Synergies Beyond Air and Ocean

This partnership also aligns with SINO’s broader regional expansion strategy.

“SINO’s plan is to expand its business to other regions, including transportation routes in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. We have already established joint venture companies in Malaysia and Vietnam and are planning to open a branch in Indonesia next,” said Mr. Nanmanus.

By combining SINO’s sea freight expertise with A.S. Logistics’ air freight strength, the union opens up wider regional opportunities. Transshipment services from Cambodia, Vietnam, China, and the Middle East can now be seamlessly extended to Europe and America, giving customers a more integrated service network.

SINO and A.S. Logistics emphasize that they are not simply freight forwarders specializing in one mode. Instead, they position themselves as a new-generation integrated logistics provider, continually enhancing capabilities and expanding partner networks to achieve rapid, sustainable growth.

The executives are united in their commitment to face industry challenges head-on and deliver measurable value to customers. This acquisition marks not only a milestone for both companies but also a signal of their ambition to set new benchmarks for Thailand’s logistics sector.
